Soul Sisterhood is officially launched here in Montreal & our girl in Song of Songs was the feature!
It was below 15 degrees here in Montreal today after the biggest snow storm of the season. But on purpose I put a gathering of women on in the middle of winter because I refuse to disconnect and isolate for such a long season.
We also on purpose chose to turn our chairs in circles and face one another so our souls could connect. This is what our newly named women's movement is about. Becoming the steward of one another's souls. Trustworthy of what we are carrying on the inside of who we are.
People in record numbers are living the tragedy of an unobserved life. Most of us are never known by a safe friend, never explored by a curious friend and never discovered by a hopeful friend

I taught about the sisterhood that was surrounding this woman in Song of Songs. Her sisterhood championed her happiness and was not insecure around this passionate love that she was sharing about. They did not live offended by what was on her life and the season she was celebrating.

I was telling the girls tonight that these women around the main girl in Song of Songs very well could have been options tha the King could have chosen from. They didn't get chosen. They didn't carry an offense.
